7. Delivery & Pickup

  • When placing an order, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Our team will attempt to deliver within this timeframe but cannot guarantee it.

  • Each order is insured during shipment until delivery or pickup.

  • You must sign a receipt confirmation upon pickup. After signing, you assume responsibility for the product.

  • If the pickup person is not the original purchaser or the product is a gift, you accept their signature as proof of delivery and completion of the order, along with the transfer of responsibility.

  • The Company reserves the right to update delivery policies at its sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Return Policy

  • The Company offers a no-reason return policy to ensure the best online shopping experience. You may return products for a full refund if unsatisfied for any reason.

  • Return conditions:

    1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase;

    2. Returned products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn) with intact original packaging, boxes, and price tags.
